SHIPPING COSTS

We ship from Italy to Europe and the United States.

Shipping cost to Italy is €5.90 (delivery in 3 to 5 business days).

Shipping cost to Europe is €9.90 (delivery in 3 to 5 business days).

Shipping cost to the US is $19.90 (delivery in about 10 business days)

Shipping cost to the the UK is £15.90 (delivery in about 10 business days)

For specific requests outside of these areas get in contact at hello@my-recap.com and we'll try to help.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return your order within 15 days from delivery, no question asked.

All customers need to return their purchases to our warehouse in Italy.

Please note that we cannot cover the cost of the return shipping so you will have to ship it at your expenses.

To activate a return just write us an email at hello@my-recap.com and we will share all shipping details.

CUSTOMS

You won't be charged any customs for shipping within Europe.

For shipments to the US and the UK we cannot guarantee that customs duties will not apply. We're very sorry but it's out of our control as a small business. If duties are applied they will be at the customer's expenses.

SHIPPING TIMES

To Europe it's usually 3 to 5 business days.

Orders to the US can take 3 to 8 business days.

All orders are tracked so you will be able to follow your parcel up to your door.
