Our Story

Luigi and Luca are from Puglia, in the South of Italy. They shared the same desk in high school and since then they've always been the closest friends, despite life throwing them miles apart.

Luca left Puglia more than 20 years ago. He currently works in London as a creative director in international advertising agencies and knows everything about creating modern brands that really connect with people.

Luigi still lives in Puglia. For the last 20 years he has been working as sales manager in the hat industry working with shops across Europe and knows every secret about manufacturing impeccable caps.

Joining their passions and experiences, they created Recap®.

Because they realised there's nothing like it out there. But also because they were looking for just another excuse to spend hours on the phone with each other.
