How much does shipping cost?
To Europe it's €9.90. To the US it's $9.90.
Do you accept returns?
Of course.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return your order within 15 days from delivery, no question asked.
Customers in the U.S. can return their purchases to our warehouse in Texas.
Customers in Europe can return their purchases to our warehouse in Italy.
But please note that we cannot cover the cost of the return shipping so you will have to ship it at your expenses.
For the US only, we offer return labels at a cost of $6, which will be deducted from your refund.

Where are the flatcaps made?
Our manufacturer is a family business from the south of Italy that has been producing hats for 3 generations.
Textiles and vegan leathers are cut with the most advanced numerically controlled machines and then each element is assembled and sewed by hand by highly skilled professionals.
Where do you ship to?
We ship from Italy to Europe and the United States.
For specific requests outside of these areas get in contact at hello@my-recap.com and we'll try to help.
Will I be charged customs?
You won't be charged any customs for shipping within Europe and the US.

How long does it take to get my order?
To Europe it's usually 3 to 5 business days.
Orders to the US can take 3 to 8 business days.
All orders are tracked so you will be able to follow your parcel up to your door.
My order is missing, what should I do?
Before getting in touch, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. It happens more often that you think!
● Ask your local post office if they have your package.
● Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them.
Pro tip #1: Package theft is on the rise—If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!
Pro tip #2: The zip code is the most important part of the address. So make sure you get it right at checkout!
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us at hello@my-recap.com with your order number.
What if I receive a defected product?
Hopefully it won't happen. But if you have any issue please email us at hello@my-recap.com with photos of the damaged/defected product and your order number. We'll fix the issue for you as soon as possible.
